RIDER FOR LIFE is a full-service, art placement and interior design studio that spans residential, retail and hospitality projects, in addition to producing furnishings, textile and lighting designs.
Lauren McGrady is studied in the fields of art, design, and fashion. She went on to found RIDER_for life, a former retail concept turned interior design studio that has since graced the pages of publications like Elle Decor. Her style is known to be colorful and eclectic, pulling inspiration from world travel and centuries of design to create spaces unique to the individuals who inhabit them with a sincere belief that no two spaces should ever look alike.
She's managed creative partnerships and brand direction for artists and maker industries. Her knowledge and talents in various fields have coalesced to form RFL Studio as an interior design, art placement and art direction studio developing thoughtful residential and commercial spaces in addition to curated art collections and brand initiatives for clients based on their unique perspectives.
She lives in the Basque region of France and is currently working on projects in Biarritz, Bayonne, Chicago, and Boulder with a willingness and want to travel worldwide for design.

RIDER FOR LIFE interprets art into both conceptual and tangible spaces.
A rider knows no boundaries. We are not confined by perceived levels of luxury or defined sense of taste. Riding through life with a clairvoyant eye, making sure to take notice of the tiniest of treasures, but awestruck by just how big our world is with endless opportunities to inspire and create. We are drawn to color, texture, line, light and proportion to create atmospheres that play on the senses.
Irreverent to a particular style or school of thought, we allow our perspective to remain agnostic and create spaces that mix, match and blend eras together.
Art and architecture--both contemporary and historical--are core to our ethos. We feverishly research and carefully select artists, designers and artisans whose work speaks to a feeling rather than any one style.
